I use a lot of herbs in my cooking so I have given details on how to preserve them throughout the year. Your table should be a feast for the eye as well as for the palate. FRENNY BILLIMORIA - Born in Calcutta, Frenny Billimoria graduated from Loreto House, Calcutta University. As wife of R.P. Billimoria, then Director of Personnel, Tata Steel, she assisted Russi Mody in hosting visiting foreign dignitaries such as HRH Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, David Rockefeller, the Princess Juliana and other dignitaries.
Frenny Billimoria was vice president of the All India Women’s Conference and represented Singbhurn district on the Council of Social Welfare Board. Did pottery – self taught and studied painting under K. Khosa. She has travelled extensively both in India and abroad. She trained and worked at J. Walter Thompson as a copywriter. She was a columnist for Straits Times, Singapore and was a freelance writer in Jakarta and Hong Kong. She is at present a member of several governing bodies which include Help Age India and Delhi School of Music.
